Influence of Digital Transformation Capability on Operational Performance

With the changes in market environments and development of digital technology, enterprises urgently need to develop capability adapt profound strategy business processes. Some previous research regarded a marketing as transformation capability, but other explained importance competence enterprises, from perspective resource allocation. However, they could not explain phenomenon on usage advanced technology build refresh or replace model value creation process. This study constructed dimensions that contains three hub-factors (sensing, organizing, restructuring) under dynamic theory. collected 162 sets enterprise data through survey, investigated relationships an enterprise’s orientation, operational performance by using SPSS SmartPLS 3. The results show strategic orientation has positive impact performance. In addition, plays mediating role between Doubtlessly, focus building their own capabilities create new value. A will encourage integrate processes routines achieve competitive advantage.
